Wonderful
Breakfast was OK. Eggs tasted funny, the bacon was in water.
Location was fabulous, ac, clean, little kitchen which was great!

Beautiful and very centrally located.
Right near Pont Neuf and St. Germain. We lucked out and our room had classic french doors/windows looking out on a small street. You could see the Seine from the side street window. They had the best ironing board I've ever used: my son looked very dapper in his silk suit walking about town thanks to the ironing. There was a lovely small kitchen room, which we didn't use except for tea.
Went to get breakfast, they had you sign in. I had one mini croissant, one egg and half a cup of mediocre coffee. When I went to check out they charged me 18 Euro. I told him there was nothing indicating there was a charge for breakfast. Front desk staff refused to take it off my bill. All I ask is that if I'm charged, I know about it in advance: a sign or some kind of notice.

Coffee and croissants on arrival was a lovely treat,
I found reception Mathilde quite aloof and not very willing to help and i think she thought it was not her job to help us make our stay more enjoyable

Great place for families.
Location Parking garage underground Separate room for kids, small kitchenette Laundry ,paid. Coffee water available free Staff
Nothing to dislike. Carpet was a dirty or old. Just needed a good wash that's all.
